Balcony is big and nice. The room is big and clean every day, except after full moon day but we understand why. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is nice. Staff is kind. Good location. Restaurant at hotel is cheap and taste is good. Supermarket nearby is cheap. This hotel is good for party.

Safety box could have been at hotel or in the room.

JJ	Room was clean, nice furniture, big balcony with nice sea view and view of pool. Food downstairs was awful, had toastie and found mosquito cooked inside complained to waitress to shrugged and walked off, no staff available between 9pm and 8am

Well positioned hotel

beachside - close to restaurants/bars/shops - spacious bungalow

This hotel has a good position at the southern end of attractive Had Rin sunrise beach. This is the party beach and people tend to party every night although normal nights' noise level/duration tend to be much lower than at Full Moon Party - I slept okay in my Superior Garden View bungalow which was on the hillside some distance from the nearest venue, and I'm sensitive to loud music. I think the situation would be different at full moon though. My room must have been something when new but it was in need of some TLC - the plumbing was dodgy, the door didn't lock properly and the last 10m of path was unlit if I forgot to turn the porch light on. But it was very spacious, had a big comfy bed, effective if not quiet aircon, good hot water, good lights, a huge deck with garden and distant sea views. The pool is great - almost 25m long for you lap swimmers. The restaurant had okay food at prices below normal budget bungalow levels. Lots of similarly priced competition nearby. Free wifi didn't extend to garden rooms. Staff were a bit blase. I thought the price of my room was a tad high for low season - but there is a premium for staying on the best beach in Had Rin central.

Joe	Good accommodation on the beach Location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms Was upgraded rooms due to paying a higher price for the first night because of the full moon party. We arrived 4 nights after the full moon party and the island was very quiet. Beach was clean and the room was great.

The pool was amazing although our first day we found sick in it... It was right next to the beach and close to all parties

The bungalows with the garden view were awful - the worst room we have had on our trip! bathroom was awful and no warm water

When we arrived our frinds rooms where dubbel-booked so the hotell had no rooms for them. We did however got our room but it was not nice at all. We had paid for a hillside bungalow but the room we got looked nothing like the pictures. There were big spiders in the room and it was dark and much smaller than the room that we should have got. The staff was really nice and they tried to make us happy but sadly noting could make up for the horrible room.
